Our modern production facilities enable the highly precise construction of master models and negative molds using CNC technology. Maximum Dimensions – Thanks to CNC Special Formats

Our 5-axis CNC machine is one of the largest of its kind and enables the machining of components up to 20 m long, 7.5 m wide, and 3.9 m high. This makes even large-scale yacht types and complex geometries no problem – with the highest dimensional accuracy from the first milling to the final mold.

The Master Model – Precisely Milled, Intelligently Built

Our master models consist of high-quality EPS foam coated with CNC-millable epoxy paste. The outer shell receives a gelcoat layer of 0.5 to 0.8 mm – providing an ideal template for further mold making. The surface accuracy lies within ± 0.5 to 1.0 mm.

Two Mold Types – For Different Requirements

We offer two mold making variants tailored to your technical and economic requirements:

Standard Fiberglass Molds

Suitable for most applications, robust, and ideal for hand lay-up or vacuum infusion. Made of high-quality vinyl ester resin with a protective gelcoat layer, reinforced with CSM and WR fiberglass mats, and a mold-typical laminate thickness for high durability – resulting in long-lasting molds with precise surface quality.

Prepreg Molds

High temperature resistant up to 120 °C, using an epoxy resin system for distortion-free results and maximum mold stability. Ideal for high-end projects with prepreg processes or increased requirements for dimensional accuracy and reusability.

Both variants are available in various surface finishes (800–2000 grit) and can be individually equipped with options such as split flanges, lifting points, seals, or transport wheels.

Reliable Project Workflow – From Idea to Delivery

We support you through all project phases – from the first design model to the shipping-ready mold. Our experts review your 3D data upon request, provide recommendations on mold split lines, and advise you on details such as draft angles, material choice, or reinforcements. Changes during the project are possible – in close coordination with you.

Individual Features & Special Solutions

Whether rollers, engravings, anti-slip surfaces, or special markings: many features can be individually implemented. Our engineering team develops a mold together with you that is not only functional but also tailored to your structural and logistical requirements.

Global Logistics – Thought Through to the Last Screw

Shipping is carried out worldwide – either as container loads (in split sections) or as single-piece general cargo, depending on project size and destination. All molds are packed with foam protection. Upon request, a release agent can also be applied for transport. Oversized formats are easily manageable.
